Introduction:: With total investment over RMB 40 billion and annual planned capacity of more than 600,000 chips, Hangzhou Fuxin Semiconductor Manufacturing Base Project is the first special wafer project for analogue chips in China, and a project in the major industrial implementation category of Zhejiang Province "152" Program. As a strategic partner of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau Co. Ltd., the employer of Hangzhou Fuxin theme project, CDHORIZON set up a special support team upon the receipt of construction requirements related to Hangzhou Fuxin Project to cooperate with its construction at full stretch. Since the project features high requirements on quality and rapid progression, the person in charge of Hangzhou service support outlet of CDHORIZON formwork coordinated with multiple parties based on the requirements from the general contractor, and mobilized more than 10,000t of materials for ringlock scaffold regardless of the tight supply in the whole industry to preferentially ensure the supply to Hangzhou Fuxin Project. Most of the materials were new ringlock scaffolds produced by Shanghai Jinshan Production Base of CDHORIZON, winning high praises from the owner. Guaranteeing the heavy demand for materials is only the foundation, and 24h technical services ensure the trust from partners. In view of all difficulties throughout the construction of this project, the technical team of CDHORIZON has engaged multiple parties to discuss the design scheme of the project's body structure with experts, but also dispatched technicians to provide "24h services at site" in the specific construction process to solve all possible problems in engineering construction immediately.
