2nd-generation HC:

By solving the instability of steel H-beams, it can be used in large-span foundation pits. While retaining the characteristics of assembled integrated steel struts on the market, the system features convenient installation and mature technology. It uses standard construction bolts, which can be reused to save cost.

Trench strut:

This new trench system targets narrow strip pits such as pipes and ditches that are 0.8~4m wide and 3~6m deep. It is fully assembled without welding, to save 40% in steel used and 35% in construction cost compared to peers.

Long-span steel pipe support:

Multi-point synchronous pressurization system enables synchronous prestress application to ensure safe operation. With a servo system, it can effectively control axial force and deformation (within 1cm). At the same time, it is easy to install and has beautiful appearance (case).

Servo system:

The steel strut axial force servo system can ensure the safety of steel struts and achieve automatic compensation for the prestress of steel struts to ensure that the prestress loss is zero. It is suitable for the engineering projects that require minimal deformation of foundation pits. In addition to standard 350t models, we have also introduced 500t model and special models for integrated steel strut system.

Simulation

Midas-Civil, Abaqus and other finite element analysis software are used for targeted analysis and calculation of complex foundation pits, Bailey bridges, cofferdams and other large and difficult projects to calculate the deformation and stress of the structure and solve complex engineering problems.
