Project Solution： CDHORIZON was engaged in the project as a professional subcontractor. The Φ60 ringlock scaffold system was used with main interval of 1.8 x 1.8m. Meanwhile, the double-channel joist system replaced the general support form of upright tubes beneath the beam to improve project construction convenience. Nearly 5,000t of materials were provided.

Introduction:: Located in Caidian District, Wuhan City, Hubei Province with total building area of about 116,700m2, Wuhan Caidian Integrated Logistics Harbor of Shenzhen International Holdings Limited consists of 1 single-story warehouse and 2 two-storey warehouses, and aims to be the largest integrated logistics park in Caidian District, Wuhan City upon completion and become a modern intelligent logistics platform based on the core competitiveness of "large-scale logistics park network + high-end integrated logistic service". In this project, 2# and 3# logistic warehouses and 4# ramp platform mainly adopted the ultra-high and ultra-limit beam framework structure with floor height around 10m, requiring about 500,000m3 of (ultra-)high formwork supports; the floor height and gradient of the ramp section of the 4# ramp platform are 0.65m~9.84m and 7.8%. The connection section between the ramp and the platform mainly involves arc beams and 21m concrete spans locally. The complicated beam and slab structure is a difficult point in this project; according to the project characteristics and after comparing all design schemes, we finally selected the Φ60 ringlock scaffold system with main interval of 1.8×1.8m, in combination with aluminum beam as the main keel and square steel as the sub-keel to save nearly 1/3 of the materials for the general contractor, winning its general consent. Our company provided a total of nearly 5,000t of materials for the project.
