CDHORIZON”) was held in Nansha District, Guangzhou. She said that during the “13th Five-Year Plan” period, Nansha District has made satisfactory achievements and become an important growth pole for Guangzhou’s development. Specifically, the gross regional domestic product grew by more than 70%, the industrial output value above designated size jumped to the second in the city, the tax revenue doubled, and major economic indicators such as fixed asset investment, total import and export value and actual utilization of foreign capital achieved double-digit annual growth. Both the governments of Guangzhou City and Nansha District attach great importance to the development of financial leasing. The financial leasing enterprises registered in Nansha District accounted for more than 80% of those in Guangzhou City; the cumulative business scale has reached about 500 billion yuan. At the beginning of this year, Guangzhou City issued the “Implementation Opinions on Promoting the High-Quality Development of Guangzhou Financial Leasing Industry” and Nansha District issued the “Three-Year Action Plan for Promoting the High-Quality Development of Nansha Financial Leasing Industry”, proposing to establish a modern financial leasing service system that is first-class, robust, standardized and well-supported nationwide, and cultivate a number of leading enterprises with outstanding advantages in an all-round way and high-quality enterprises with distinctive professional characteristics.

From registering a subsidiary in Nansha in 2015 to the official opening of CDHORIZON’s South China Headquarters, CDHORIZON insists on sharing the same fate with Guangzhou Nansha Free Trade Zone. Guangzhou Nansha Base is the fourth self-built permanent base of CDHORIZON, positioned as the regional headquarters in South China. It was planned to establish in 2015, and the construction work started in June 2019, taking nearly three years to be completed. The base has a total construction area of nearly 40,000 square meters, including equipment and material warehousing and logistics center, maintenance center, and operation and management center. The opening of the new base will further enhance the business development and customer services in the South China market, expand businesses in South China regional market, and provide a strong guarantee for market operation and customer service in the general Pearl River Delta region.
