After an arduous journey of 12 years, recently CDHORIZON—the integrated equipment operation service provider under FEHORIZON (stock code 03360.HK) —has finally achieved successful listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange with the stock code 09930.HK. In order to repay the society and various circles for their long-term support and recognition, CDHORIZON held a grand ceremony on June 8 in Hong Kong in celebration of its listing.

In the gentle breeze of Hong Kong and set off by the glistening waves of the Victoria Harbor, on the same day, The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong was brightly lit with lights and full of guests. The ceremony was attended by the Company’s senior executives such as Kong Fanxing (Chairman, Executive Director and CEO of FEHORIZON and Chairman of CDHORIZON) and Pan Yang (Executive Director and CEO of CDHORIZON), directors of FEHORIZON, shareholders and directors of CDHORIZON, business partners with long-term close cooperation, and nearly 200 guests from various circles (including financial institutions) who have been concerned with and contributed to the successful listing of CDHORIZON. Together, they looked back at CDHORIZON’s entrepreneurial journey through brambles and thorns and looked forward to the future based on the present achievements.

The celebration ceremony began at 6:08 in the evening. Divided into three chapters including “Eventful Journey,” “Steady Progress” and “Grand Vision,” it vividly illustrated FEHORIZON’s practice of its “finance + industry” strategy, reviewed the success story of how CDHORIZON grew into leader of China’s equipment leasing industry bit by bit, and demonstrated the grand ambition of CDHORIZON to carry on its cause and advance with gratitude for partners.
