Introduction:
In January 2020, the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic in Wuhan posed a severe challenge to the city. Among the millions of “heroes in harm’s way” who rushed to the front line were ordinary employees of CDHorizon. They did not shy away from the responsibility, and participated in the construction of the Huoshenshan Hospital, Leishenshan Hospital, and makeshift hospitals in Wuhan at the first time when the city was locked down. Many employees of CDHorizon's Wuhan branch gave up their opportunities of spending holidays and reuniting with their families. They made every effort to coordinate the availability and use of equipment and logistics vehicles. In the situation where Wuhan was already locked down and private cars were completely forbidden from being driven on the roads, the employees of CDHorizon walked in the rain to ensure that the vehicles could go to the equipment site, making every effort to meet equipment needs. After transporting the equipment to the construction site, they did not leave but stayed voluntarily to train workers on the operation of the relevant equipment. They used practical actions to interpret CDHorizon’s corporate culture of “the Company is an army which is able to win and dare to fight hard battles”.
