In addition, the project plays a critical role in improving the city's cultural image and functions as its name card. The regional development scope is to Hanwei Avenue in the east, Nanshan Avenue in the south, Xiaowen Avenue in the west, Kaiyuan Avenue and Lantai Road in the north. With total planned floor area of about 200,600k㎡, the project adopts the mode of professional subcontracting (including labor and materials). The cement stabilized base and the asphalt surface course were constructed in 3 months.
