Introduction:: The World Meeting of the BRICS was held in Xiamen in September 2017. The "4 Bridges, 1 Tunnel and 1 Road" Bridge Pavement Upgrading Project is a representative and political works in Xiamen City. Known to every resident in Xiamen and Fujian, the 4 bridges and 1 tunnel were constructed in the night in a semi-closed manner. Mainly include: Haicang Bridge, Xinlin Bridge, Xiamen Bridge, Jimei Bridge, Xiang'an Tunnel, Xiamen-Zhangzhou Expressway Toll Stations, etc. Total length of 36km for the 6 line sections and total pavement upgrading area of 1.33 million. The work sites were scattered in this project, mostly at the two ends of the bridges (except for Xiamen Bridge), and a significant number of subgrade, ramp and approach bridges were involved with extensive influence. For the purpose of traffic organization during construction, the construction was arranged by section according to the section forms of different segments and the distribution of bridges and tunnels. The traffic organization scheme was based on the analysis of each work site, and construction was carried out in the night from 22:00 to 6:00 of the next day, during which, less cars were expected, so as to minimize the impact of construction on traffic. Shanghai Horizon Equipment Engineering Co., Ltd. provided paving and rolling machines for this project.
