BOSCH East Sea Test Drive Ground

Introduction:
Compared to general pavement projects, BOSCH East Sea Test Ground is much more difficult due to the HC (steering road) with many turns, most of which have a radium smaller than 10M. Other factors leading to increasing difficulties include 180° sharp turns and roads with forward and reverse slopes in alternation. BMT refers to the braking test area. Its pavement is carried out in the preset ACO drainage imported from foreign countries. Any damage to it may affect the whole construction processes. The high-gradient ASR consists of three slopes of 10%, 15% and 20%; in view of the 180° turns and the high standards and requirements for pavement, the operators shall be at a high level in terms of operation, pavement and compaction techniques. In cooperation with the 3D leveling system of the constructor, our company has done an excellent job in VDA, and effectively combined the pavement speed with the vibration frequency of the hammer. In addition, relying on the sophisticated rolling skills of the road roller operators, the project was finally accepted. Throughout the construction period of more than 3 months, we have overcome tens of technical difficulties in succession. According to a German racing driver, the Project is even better than any local test ground in Germany.
