Introduction:: Zhejiang Yuhuan New City Sports Center is addressed at the provincial level with construction land area of 117,871m2. According to its planning, the project consists of stadium, gymnasium, national fitness center, sports leisure park and natatorium to meet the requirements on small and medium-sized sports center. The building contains 3 stories and is 23.9m high. Since some of the beam lines are subject to ultra-high loads (greater than 20kN/m) and the high-formwork area is 22.5m high, to ensure the framework construction of the sports center, CDHORIZON provided a technical solution of various beams and slabs for the project after expert demonstration. To meet the project requirements on load bearing and stability, Φ48 ringlock scaffolds are used as the support system and erected according to the specifications subject to strict calculation. The framework is fixed to the surrounding structural beams and columns during erection, and the field construction is in strict accordance with the statement of method to ensure framework stability. CDHORIZONprovided one-stop efficient services to the client. 4,000t of ringlock scaffolds and supporting materials were efficiently mobilized to satisfactorily meet the client's urgent demand for materials. Based on close cooperation with the client, the project was successfully accomplished before the deadline to realize win-win with the client.
