Introduction:: As a large construction project invested, built and managed by New World Group from Hong Kong, the project is planned to have 80 floors and a height of 370 meters, which is located at the north end of the Hunhe River Bridge, at the southern end of Central Urban Corridor (so-called Golden Corridor). Covering a total land area of 196,000 square meters, and a gross floor area of approximately 1 million square meters above ground, the project integrates a conference and exhibition center, a hotel, office buildings, shopping mall, and entertainment facilities. Upon the completion of this project, a modern international convention and exhibition center on the banks of the Hunhe River and in the Shenshui Bay area will be built, which will significantly promote the development of industry and commerce in Shenyang and the Northeast region, and enhance Shenyang's comprehensive position in international trade. With its shape design resembling a flying eagle, the project will also become another landmark in Shenyang. In March 2016, the project purchased the German-made atrium boom lift TEUPEN LEO50GT through Horizon Equipment.
