Project Solution：1,000t of steel

Introduction:: To crash through the prejudice that the support span of traditional steel tubes shall "not exceed 40m", this project used steel tube support with the maximum single tube length of 93.4m. By standardizing the nodes of steel tubular support, we managed to improve the quality of nodes and thus of the steel tubular support system. The support was connected to the waist beam via suspension boards to raise the construction efficiency without compromising the quality. Furthermore, CDHORIZON has designed connection nodes to fix the steel tubular support to different enclosure forms such as concrete waist beam, steel purlin and continuous diaphragm wall to ensure the overall support effects of the support system.
