Project Solution：2,500t of Ф609 steel support, Ф800 steel support and steel purlin

Introduction:
In June 2015, our company was assigned with the project of steel support erection and removal project for bidding section 01, Wuhan rail transit line 8. The project is located on Jintan Road, Dongxihu District, Wuhan, and involves the erection and removal of Ф609 and Ф800 steel supports, and 2H45C steel purlin, fabrication, erection and removal of steel coupling beams as well as erection of some upright and cast supports. The project falls into two working areas, i.e., the vehicle section and the access section, and is characterized by long construction period and significant change in construction pace and intensity, etc. Our construction team has solved problems such as great construction difficulties, short construction period, complicated change in foundation pit, and repeated design changes, etc. With quality assured, we spared no effort to ensure the construction progress and respond to the changes. Finally, Wuhan metro line 8 was successfully put into full use in July.
